Specialty revolution power issue

I have two separate issues with my specialty revolution. First on the highest of the 4 washes only it comes the the last pass which is spot free and when it comes to what would be home the spot free continues to run which means the dryers and doors do not open. Only way to get it to stop is power down the wash. All other washes run fine.

Today the power issue started. When the high pressure pump or presoak pumps are called on the contacts kick in but the motors do not start meaning off course the wash won't start. I am checking to make sure I haven't lost a phase of the 3 phase power.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hope I did this correct as I have only posted once before and think I goofed that up.

First problem sounds like programming problem. Is 'end of wash' programmed into the wash options on that package? The power problem you have probably fixed by now - Sounds like the feed breakers are off/tripped, or you lost a leg somewhere. If you are having a hard time finding it, the disconnect switch on the cabinet could be the culprit. I have seen those melt down internally and leave a tiny connection on one leg to fool you into thinking you have all three phases on a meter, but really the third leg has no ability to power anything...

Thanks for the input. The disconnect switch I believe was not quite in position and after messing with it got it to power up. May be beginning to fail but working for now. The top wash issue was solved also. The program somehow gained an additional spot free pass with no speeds programed so was waiting to be told how fast to go. Took it out and all runs fine.
