Specialty revolution undercarriage issue

I have a specialty revolution that doesn't activate the undercarriage when someone enters the wash. Some time ago I replaced the UC manifold and have ruled that out. That time when I ran a test of the UC the water would come out the arch and that isn't the case here. I assume that when the car breaks the eyes at the entry door it would trigger the UC if purchased.

Would appreciate any thoughts or tests I could run

first thing to look at is whatever triggers underbody. if it is photo eyes, check that.

can you fire underbody manually from plc?

I can fire from the PIC so the UC manifold shbe fine. I am going to check the photo eyes to see if they where hit by something but would assume that if they weren't aligned there would be other issues but the eyes have to be the issue. thanks
