I have a problem when one customer is using the spotfree rinse in one bay it won't work in the other bays at the same time. I have replaced the regulator, procon pump, pressure gauge which is 300psi, I don't know what else to check.

Check the voltage going to the spot free rinse solenoid. I once had a problem where the voltage would drop to below 22 volts when multiple users were trying to use the spot free rinse. You might not notice it on brand new solenoids as they will usually open with lower voltage but over time they won't. Get one bay started with spot free then check the voltage at the coil for the second bay needing SFR. Also make sure your transformer is designed to work with incoming voltage. I have seen several systems sent out with a transformer that needs 240 volts but supplied voltage is really only 208 so you do not get a full 24 volt output. If you have a Ryko SS unit look at the transformer first.

Check the MOPD of the solenoids. If your RO pressure is 200 PSI and the MOPD of the solenoid is only 150, the coil can't pull the plunger open.
