Spot free solenoid

Every time SFR is on in an SS bay, it also comes out of the automatic. It has its own solenoid so shouldn’t it prevent that if it’s a good one?
I looked on KR and the one I need says 150psi. Does that mean it’ll only hold back that pressure?

It’s a 1/2” 120 volt. The regulator only adjusts down to 200psi.

The MOPD is the maximum pressure at which it can open. The maximum pressure is what the body is designed to tolerate.

Expensive but a really good solenoid.

There may be debris in the solenoid you have now, so definitely check that first.

FWIW, I've used Dema Solenoids (1" size High Pressure) and had great luck with them. You mileage may vary....

If the solenoid valve in your auto is leaking from the ss bays you need to replace or rebuild the solenoid valve feeding the RO to your auto wash. If it's a Dema valve you can get a rebuild kit for much less than a new valve.
Most of these are rated for 150 psi. They will hold more than that, but no reason to have more than 150 psi, unless your lines and nozzles will not allow the GPM's needed to give sufficient RO flow to rinse the car.

How are the two systems connected? The only thing that my systems share is the water source. Everything else is independent of each other. A check valve in the right place may solve this problem.

Some washes use the same pump for the bays and the automatic's spot free delivery.
