Spot Free

This is weird. I have two Wizards on separate systems. For some reason the spot free on each system does not work. Each pump comes on indepentently but no water comes out!

What am I missing?

Do you draw sf water from seperate holding tanks?
Check the output of sf at the solenoid valve at the gantry, should give you answers if everything is working to that point.

Check for level switches inside of Water Tank(polyethylene tanks)if you see the PLC input light from the level switch you may need to check also the Delvery Pump contactor,check for proper 24acHot voltage when the ouput is made,also check for missing 24vac neutral between contactor and Transformer,or level switch and transformer(24vac)....luck!!
