Who here has used STA Graphics for decals? I have ordered decals for my vacuums twice now and I am getting absolutely zero response from them. I initially ordered decals and was told at that time that they would have to be made and someone from production would call to confirm my order and collect payment. After a week of not receiving a call, I called again to inquire about my order and it was like I was calling for the first time all over again. I placed the order (again) with Ivonne who, from my understanding, is in charge of decal production and she took my payment information at that time and informed me that I would have the decals within the week. This was last Monday. Still nothing. I emailed her yesterday morning and no response so far. So, just out of curiosity, have any of you that have purchased decals from them had a similar experience? I don't know if they are just that busy or if my order keeps falling through the cracks. How long did it take to receive your decals?

Had a similar experience recently. Had to call several times before getting a call back. Then had to follow up again to get a proof. Went to a local sign shop and had them make the Tank Decals, First they quoted me more than $50.00 each which is about what STA and Coleman charges but then they matched it. We will see how they hold up. Had the local shop make the face decals for the combo vacs but they didn't get button and coin cutouts quite right. Had to use a razor blade to finesse it. I like to shop local when I can.

Yeah, my local guy said he could scan an existing decal for the cut pattern so I was ordering new ones from STA for one wash and then maybe having the local guy make up some custom ones for my other wash. Cut patterns are the missing link

Me too! I’ve used them in the past and was very happy! I thought maybe I ****ed them off or something. Met the owner at the car wash show and ne seemed like a great guy - I should’ve grabbed his contact.

I’ve been emailing Ivonne for months with no response...

I got a bunch designed and made up with them about a year and a half ago. Not the smoothest of transactions, but everything was fine and they make a heavy duty coleman faceplate decal. I would recommend not getting the cutouts, they are very difficult to line up perfectly and get the decal laid down without any bubbles. Its easy to cutout any openings with a new razor.

I used Ahearn years ago off a recco from my local Armor All rep for self serve in bay signs. Armor All was giving them a ton of business but may have brought signage in house now. Ahearn was great to work with and they did nice work at decent prices. Alice Ahearn was my contact.

I designed and bought 24 vac decals two months ago thru the local fastsigns franchise. Really easy to deal with, no need for shipping and they were local.
