Stainless fittings

What type of stainless fittings do you guys use to build high pressure manifolds? The standard cast 150 class (very common) is rated for 150 psi or 300 psi depending on where you look but I have seen them plumbed into touchless machines without issues. Am I missing something?

The forged 3000 class fittings are about four times the price.

I have bought from this place...I use the 3000 class fittings. Don't trust the 150-300psi fittings for HP....

We've always used heavy brass with no problems. Never had any leak, blow out or split.

I've used some low pressure stainless fittings on bay manifolds and don't think I've had one crack yet. My tire cleaner eats brass for breakfast.
