OK, so fixed most of the freeze damage to the plumbing from sitting idle 3 years. SS bays are down to just some common upgrades and replacements. Fired up the D&S 5000, the control panel seems reponsive, I have gotten the exit light to flash in the bay when I hit stop on the pump stand. IF I put the overide switch up, the hydraulics will stay on, but if I try to start a wash cylce from the pump stand, nothing seems to happen. My question is what conditions need to be made for it to try to start (water, air, tanks full, etc)? the machine read diagnostics on. Just don't have any documents on t his machine to know what it conditions it needs met to try to run. It hasnt moved in 3 or 4 years. If it runs, we will give it a good overhaul.

The override switch has to be in the center position for the machine to run. You place it in the up position to move the gantry by covering the front or rear photo eyes. There should be a welded arrow or a spot on the outside of the rail, you want the large wheel either over or about a foot behind that arrow, depending on where the in position signs are mounted. If they're in the recommended place you'll need the gantry toward the rear about a foot so the driver can see the sign.

Once you set it in position, push the switch quickly down past center, then release it. That should set the new home position. If it doesn't stop there after a wash, set it and turn off breaker 6 for at least five seconds.

covered the eyes and the gantry moves. Still cant make it cycle. cleared all the error codes in diagnostics, no new codes showed up when I tried to run it. manually closed the relay for the 25HP pump and it pumps. did get some water to the gantry that way, but still have not been able to make it go auto, but seems I'm getting closer... maybe...
