I have 4 acres of land right off of a highway, and I want to build a 2 bay truckwash and need to know if it's a good idea. There's a Love's truck stop 7 miles up the highway.

Do you have easy off and easy on access to the highway? If you do I maximize the use of the 4 acres and build a complex, fuel, restaurant, C store, pay showers etc.
