State Auto, formerly Midlothian insurance...?

Any of you guys dealt with them on carwash claims?
Advice if so...?

I have State Auto for our wash. We had 1 claim a few years ago. Lightning took out my Wash Select. Not near the claim you have. But they were good. They paid all repairs and loss of revenue while we were down minus our deductible. You will know more about the car wash business than they do. Have good records ready on the income part. They will want your past few months records.

We did have another claim once when a HVAC company truck took out my Razor with a ladder rack that got dicey. Their insurance (can’t remember the company) wanted to pay for repairs minus depreciation since is was “used” equipment. I had to fight them on that and ended up winning that battle.

Good luck. It’s a pain in the butt. But they should reimburse you to get you back to where you were before the storm.
