I see no reason to go crazy with an expensive
door when you only plan to close it 50 or so times each winter. Even if it does break, pretty much anyone that can operate a car wash can come up with a way to at least get the
door open. I say buy the cheapy
door. If it rusts away in a couple of years, so what. You will have that knowledge to help you make your decision on the next one. If you get 5 or 6 years out of it, it would probably make sense to just buy another one just like it when needed. My $.02
