Anyone ever changed the nylon rollers on the front bridge?? If so how do you support the bridge to remove the trucks to change the rollers?
Did you happen to snap any pics of the way you did it?Just got done changing all the rollers on my machine. Our tech guy had to talk to PDQ and they said to use c clamps to hold the machine up so that's what we did
I didn't when we did it. I will do the same thing on my 360s also now going forward. Was way easier then going up and down a ladder multiple timesDid you happen to snap any pics of the way you did it?
We used these because we couldn't find a bigger regular c clamp locally(8inch was biggest they had). We used 2 of them when we did it. I'll try and get a photo where we put themWould like to see where you put the clamps…and how big of clamps did you have to use?
Ya we had a couple like that also. Couldn't believe the machine was still moving. These were the worse of the rear bridge rollers….doesn't look like they have went around in awhile!
Wow I wouldn’t have guessed that type of clamp would hold the weight of the bridge. We used these because we couldn't find a bigger regular c clamp locally(8inch was biggest they had). We used 2 of them when we did it. I'll try and get a photo where we put them
Ya they each had 1,100 lbs clamping strength. Just don't use the plastics ones. I will probably order some regular ones that are 14 or 18 inch like this.Wow I wouldn’t have guessed that type of clamp would hold the weight of the bridge.
