I'm a sucker for some TV shows and I am inspired by this one. Yeah, it is about hair salons so say what you will about that, but the way Tabitha assesses the strenghts and weaknesses of a business is impressive.

She has made me think of new ways to improve my own business as well as become ever-more professional and customer-oriented. She really knows how to please the customer and make money.

I was reminded of her advice on office ettiquette this weekend. I was in Cambridge, MA at the Cambridgeside Galleria mall and I delivered a nice arrangement to 2 store in the mall. One had a professional worker, nicely dressed who was overjoyed at her flowers. The other was a young girl, clerk, dressed sloppy and sitting on the counter. Yuck!!!
