Ok so to start off with, I changed soaps almost 2.5 years ago. With the soap change, i was able to speed things up quite a bit from my original programming, Mainly , i reduced dwell time and increased the speed of the initial HPR pass as the soaps were doing more of the work vs relying on dwell time & impingement as much from the ARCH HPR., i utilize the flex pass and hyperflex when it comes to protectants, and quick rinsing of them. I am attaching screenshots of programming with the breif descriptions below.

Wash 3 & 4 are the exact same timing just the replacement of CC Protectant and addition of Undercarriage on Wash 3

Wash 4 LO, HI, HPR(arch), HPR(flex with conserv on), SFR(flex)-Undercarriage on entry

Wash 3 LO, HI, HPR(arch), CC Prot(flex with conserv on), SFR (flex)-Undercarriage on entry

Wash 2 LO, HI, HPR(arch), LO PH TCF, CC Prot(flex with conserv on), HPR(arch with conserv on), SFR(arch)-Undercarriage on entry

Wash 1 LO, HI HPR(arch), LO PH TCF, HPR(flex), Ceramic(hyperflex), HPR(with conserve on) AND graphene(hyperflex), SFR(arch)

As far as percentages, im usually in the realm of:
Wash 1 60%,
Wash 2 12%,
Wash 3 20%
Wash 4 8%

Over the dusty week, my percentages shifted in line with people just trying to get it off and i ran as follows:
Wash 1 53%
Wash 2 20%,
Wash 3 6%
Wash 4 20%

On a full size Silverado Ext Cab Short Bed my times are as follows (Time is from in bay red light to green light)
Wash 1 4:49
Wash 2 4:01
Wash 3 2:43
Wash 4 2:43

Okay Texans, we wash operators in Ohio are ready for our next installment of Dirt Rain with its complimentary week of sunny weather. 😂 It has been slow lately. Road salt is long gone and we don't have much of a pollen season. The 10-day forecast shows a lot of rain. 😞

Ok, if you're 25% @ 2:43 that's easily done
I, again, wasn't thinking very smart. Im 76% top pkg & its 4:45.
