If they tell 10 friends...hell they don't have 10 friends cause their idiots! And we all know when we hear BS from an idiot...so I don't think it matters. Finally, if they do have ten friends, then that will be 10 less idiots to deal! So anyway you slice it...it's all good!

When I started selling roofs for my dad 28 years ago, one of his first lessons was: "There are customers who want the absolute cheapest product they can get, and there are roofers who're will to cut corners in order to underbid you - the sooner you can get those 2 guys together and out of your way, the better off you'll be."

Same applies to car wash customers -- if they want to make a huge mess at a car wash, I'm happy to point them to a few car washes that allow it.
