We now can offer the Pyramid brand of money handling equipment in our vendor. The bill validator comes in 2 models: $1-$5 and $1-$20 acceptance. These can be flash upgraded with the new bill firmware when bill changes are made.
There is also a coin changer model CG5 which is a 5-tube changer very similar to the Mars 7512i. It can be programmed in the field for token acceptance as well as accepting $, 25, 10, 5 coin in the tubes. The Pyramid changer is less expensive than the Mars, so this may be an option for some operators.
We have had very little experience with the Pyramid brand so we invite comment on their quality and reliability for being used in the car wash environment.
