It does not even have to be on video. I am dismantling a wash I sold and have removed the vacs and garbage cans. WHile taking apart some of the automatics I see a lady pull up by a old vac stand. I tell her that we are closed and there are no vacs here. She says " that's OK I am just going to leave the garbage out of my car and was not going to vacuum any way." I had to tell her that she was not going to leave her garbage on the ground and drive off.
