So yesterday, starting 11:30, we opened back up. Took about 40 CC transactions, which I performed the swipes myself. Today, prolly about the same.
None of my transactions via GoldLine processed yesterday, & none have transacted today. So zero CC deposits yeaterday or today, although several personal CC charges via that account.
Has this ever happened to anybody else? Usually they batch by 5pm & are deposited. Im VERY worried...

1.Hold SW1 5 Secs?
2.unplug ethernet cord 30 secs
3.turn power off 30 secs
4. Plug in ethernet cord, & power back up?

Is that the sequence?
If so, did you get credit for the "lost" washes?

Called Randy, he said call Hamilton & get them to do a "forced vend". It sounds like a batching issue

Terminal Faiied to batch. Called CC Clearing company - told me a charge was stuck in machine. Did not know that was possible since machine was still printing CC receipts. They told me how to clear it- then it batched.

Don't know if it is related but found out Wed the Federal sysem for clearing wired funds was down. Opened up at about 3;99 pm CST. Then bcked up wire transfers started clearing. Only a small blurb on the news. Perhaps the systems are related.
