It's the same way they got smoking banned. They knew they couldn't just ban it, so they started putting "restrictions" on it. First on long airline flights, then on shorter flights, then in restaurants. Just a little at a time. Now there are public parks, freaking OUTDOOR parks, where you can not light up a cigarrette, cigar or pipe. There are public lands, that is land that WE own, where roads can not be built, so basically unless you want to mount a Lewis and Clark type of hike, you can never see it. There are some places here in Florida that are soooo sensitive that humans can not set foot on it, and again, WE own it. If I get caught relieving myself while out on a boat the water cops can write me up. Yet the stinking manatees behind my house dump hundreds of pounds of poop every day there. Sorry, I needed to vent.
