Where/how would you recommend the mixing of the tire cleaner and air for foaming? I'm going to add a regulator to my tire cleaner...but this is where I'm at so far. I'm using a procon pump.

Assuming the chemical line runs to the boom in each bay, I would run the air the same and t it in there.

I run tire cleaner and air through the same check valve, just tee'd together along with the presoak liquid each in a separate hose/tubing.

My Tire Cleaner and Pre Soak both have "Air Assist" Rotary switch opens solenoid for the same air line "T'd" above boom.

T'd above the boom, or in the pump room?

1/4" tubing sufficient for the air?

I like that they share the same air line...very good idea. I'm in the process of finally adding low pressure presoak with "air assist". 👍

I run presoak and spot free through 3/8" tubing. 1/4" is plenty for tire cleaner, foam brush, low pressure wax, and trifoam (unless the run is over 100'). I have one bay that I couldn't bet enough liquid to the trifoam even with the pump at 90 PSI, eventually had to replace that one line with 3/8".

what about your air assist tubing? 1/4" okay for air as well as the tire cleaner?
