Too many bill rejects???

My Goldline autocashier intermittently will not accept any bills. Screen still reads "select desired wash". I go in, turn machine off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on and it works fine. I cleaned validator thoroughly a couple months ago.

Ideas?

Dave,
You should clean your XE validator about every 30-45 days in a high volume location like yours. When you clean your XE validator it?s also a good idea to also recalibrate it. I?ll E-mail you the procedure for recalibrating the XE validator.

You can go to Hamiltons website and download the XE manual with the calibration instructions. I just typed in XE under the search sections and then you can click on the manual icon to get the instructions.

What a Forum, what a great bunch of guys. Someone asked about a wash consultant. Crap we have dozens of the best consultants in the industry right here willing to assist daily. I kind of think the operators here have knowledge that no consultant could provide.
