Had a Jeep come out of the tunnel and the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System ) valve cracked and the tire went flat. This was a passenger side wheel.
No visible signs of stress. No tire brush at this site. Only wraps, lower details and High Side Wheels touch this.
Went on the net to investigate.

Seems to be a known defect. Will advise the customer to seek warranty replacement. Just in case it happens to you.
