Is anybody else having trouble calling IDX. Verizon keeps telling me that "your call can not be completed as dialed".

I got in touch with them via email sales@idxinc.com yesterday. They say the phones have issues due to construction in the area. You can call one of their other lines, 870-862-3468 extn 104 is Mike's number

I don't have a problem calling them...because I quit trying.
I did a ton of business with them over the past decades. Times have changed.

IDX has had some good products. Their coin acceptors worked fine-until they don't. I still have some in vacs that are probably close to fifteen years old. Their MX controllers work great too. I've never had one go bad once I learned to fuse the output.

I tried contacting IDX recently and the phones weren't working either, so I sent an email to their contact email that was listed... no response and it has been at least 3 weeks. Now their entire website is down also as mentioned by Greg. Both of my bays and all of my vacuums are running IDX MA-850's, anyone know of anywhere or anyone that can repair them? I have one spare unit currently on the shelf for an emergency... and one bay that is just STARTING to give me issues.

Used to run IDX coin acceptors the early 2000s they where reliable, the new ones are junk I threw 4 away that where 6 months old in the dumpster in 2020.

Microcoin is the way to go no questions if you need a multicoin. I wouldn't waste 1 more minute on repairing them.

Saw on a facebook forum today an email from a former IDX employee. IDX is no more.
Yes they are. However Kleen Rite has the marketing rights for most all of there products and will be private labling most of the elecctronics as well as keeping inventory. There ae a few OEM that are privatlabling a few parts as well.

"Yes they are" no more, or "Yes they are" still around?
