Trouble shooting help: EMV reader "offline"

I have a Portal T1+ kiosk for my Mark VII rollover auto wash. It was Unitec software/support, now DRB. I replaced the first Payment Systems EMV reader after 12 months of use for $1800. Warranty was for 3 months. Now 3 years later, the EMV reader is not working. Anyone else have this issue? I like many posts I have read here, decided to go with Chip reader because it was going to go in effect by EOY about 4 years ago.

I believe you can call DRB for tech support as a owner, there is a serial number inside the unit on the wall that you have to give it to them.
If there are LEDs ON on the front, probably you have to check if you have internet to the router or swith inside the unit, also make sure your printer has paper.

Thank you. I have an appt with DRB for Monday-great team there! We are in Utah, had many power outages due to storms so trying to figure out if that did it. I am retracing all wires modems and the like. Really appreciate your reply.
