Tubes, tires for LW 4000 recommendations

Is it very hard to replace these tires, if you're just gonna replace the tire only (& not the wheel & inner tube)?
Or should I go ahead & replace the inner tube , along with the tire?

If your having trouble changing these tires, invest in a go kart tire bead breaking tool. Makes the job a snap. The tubes seem to be my issue as far as longevity goes. I usually replace a couple tubes to one tire. Foam didn't help at all for me.

I keep 3 spares on hand ready to go. When you take the assembly off the machine its best to bolt the wheel halves back together to break the beads. I dont know if anyone else has any problems, but I have had a few cracked wheels on my machine.
