Is there a spreadsheet or software available that will tabulate CPC - input of chemical costs / Electric / Water / Sewer/ Gas etc - I am thinking someone somewhere has put something together on this.. It would be great to have if possible.

If you vary line speed based on conditions - All this changes. Other issue is lag between bill pay and consumption time. I would due it annually since I would input the payments by category when I made them and just used annual figure from the accounting software.
