The glass walls dividing my wash from the customer walkway are getting harder and harder to clean. I have 12 panes each 54" x 92" so replacing them would be a very large expense. Can anyone recomend a cleaner / polish to bring them back to life. Thanks John

John,

Today, you can probably have the glass replaced for less than $100 per window.

Also available today is bio-clean, self-cleaning glass panes.

My solution to glass stain was to replace glass for $600 (commercial grade), coat glass with Rain-X and then build an inexpensive window rinse system out of PVC, arch nozzle holders and a timing device.

After this, windows are squeegee end of day and reapply Rain-X, weekly.

Thank you for all the ideas. If its approx $100 per window than Ill just replace them. Seems low to me. Time to do some more research. Thanks again

Seems low to me also. Report back. I would be interested in hearing the quote.

In past, I have used Bar Keeper's Friend. I used to mix it with a very little bit of water, and then put it on as a paste, and then buff it off.

My windows are between the IBA and the garden area. I am thinking of taking them out completely (no freezing where I live). Nothing to clean at all anymore :D
