Car Wash Man

At our wash we have a unitec Portal TI +. We keep getting a update popup that comes up on the screen that prompts us to restart the kiosk to apply changes. We hit yes and the popup keeps returning within the next day. We have been getting calls from customers saying they are at the wash and that pop up is showing. Has anyone experienced this? Also any recommendations on how to take care of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
