I rehabbed a wash 2 years ago. When Unitec was Unitec. I bought a Portal, and so far I am somewhat happy with the machine. I so wish there was someone I could call without having to make an appointment and wait for a call back to learn more about the machines capabilities. At my other wash I have an old
Hamilton Gold Line. If/when we have problems we can pickup the phone and talk to someone to resolve issue within an hour. NO CHARGE, NO QUESTIONS. And you know what if they were to ask for a charge for the call I would have no problem with that! I really wish I would have spent the few extra dollars upfront and bought the
Hamilton machine. I go to shows and ask Unitec when they will come up with a better tech support program? We are working on it?? Same answer for two years yet nothing changes. Very disappointed with the lack of caring on Unitec/DRB customers! They dont really care if your down for a couple days. I dont get it, isnt their company saying "customer comes first"? I dont feel the love!! Please Unitec/DRB wake up.
