Looking for a good distributor that knows about Wash Select II and so that when I call about questions and parts they'll be able to help. I've tried a few and all they know how to do is order parts if I've got a part number. Thanks,

Challenge with Unitec is the scheduling of the tech support phone calls- couple days out. Wish I could call a distributor, get questions answered, order parts and get it done when those problem arise. Probably have to do the tech support route...

Having to wait days to get help is almost useless think of the money you lost waiting on someone who already took your money . If they are going to do it that way have a # I can call and get help the same day and charge for it . Better to pay for help than lose customers . I have one and would not buy a new one because I can not get help with it in a timely manner . Call the distributor he comes out looks at it said I'll have to call unitec set a time and come back .What good is that now I have 2 service calls to pay for plus travel time that's BS! Buy from someone who will Ans the phone when help is needed if they charge for it I am ok with that . When it breaks you need help then not in a few days!

If you are familiar with the machine I have found email tech support to be good at finding the problem. But then they make you call a distributor to give them the part number. lol. The Unitec distributors I know know very little about the machine. Personally I refuse to pay a tech to drive 100 miles each way to stand in front of my machine and call Unitec to ask them what wrong with it. Total waste of my time and money. Id rather try to fix it myself. The email tech support has been enuf so far. Good luck

I rehabbed a wash 2 years ago. When Unitec was Unitec. I bought a Portal, and so far I am somewhat happy with the machine. I so wish there was someone I could call without having to make an appointment and wait for a call back to learn more about the machines capabilities. At my other wash I have an old Hamilton Gold Line. If/when we have problems we can pickup the phone and talk to someone to resolve issue within an hour. NO CHARGE, NO QUESTIONS. And you know what if they were to ask for a charge for the call I would have no problem with that! I really wish I would have spent the few extra dollars upfront and bought the Hamilton machine. I go to shows and ask Unitec when they will come up with a better tech support program? We are working on it?? Same answer for two years yet nothing changes. Very disappointed with the lack of caring on Unitec/DRB customers! They dont really care if your down for a couple days. I dont get it, isnt their company saying "customer comes first"? I dont feel the love!! Please Unitec/DRB wake up.
