Unstoppable Soap

I can’t figure this out.
The soap draws past the Kip solenoid when on rinse. I can watch it travel through a clear line to the check valve at the pump. I tried a brand new solenoid and then swapped wires from the wax solenoid and put a new rotary switch on because it had a lot of play in it. I checked and got 24VAC at the solenoid when soap is selected and none when rinse is selected. Futura pump stand. One bay works. The other one is drinking soap until I turn the knob off on the flowmeter. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check and make sure the solenoid is installed in the correct direction. Also test for voltage at the solenoid coil and not the meter box. Im not familiar with Futura but if you have a brand new solenoid theres no way soap would be able to get pulled unless its installed backwards or energized. Unless the new solenoid is also bad. Hope this helps.

I did check right on the coil. I’ve used three different ones as well. If a dole valve was starving the tank for water a little, would the suction overpower the Kip soap solenoid?

Try pulling the outlet line off the solenoid and starting high pressure rinse and look and see if the solenoid is allowing soap to pass out of it.

I’m not familiar with that system but I’m assuming the only way soap can get into that pump is through the solenoid and then that check valve.
