VACS in Self serve bays

Actual vac could be in the attic or perhaps the equipment room.

Keep in mind, that wherever that vac is placed, also will be the dirt that it captures.

I still think you should make the busiest bay a "Superbay" by upping the pressure and price. Add a hand held blower and make the slow by a bargain bay. One local guy advertises one or two pays as "Splash and Dash" $1.00 start as opposed to $2.50 but gin you could make it more expensive on a per second basis or have bonus time available.

Anyone have an opinion on putting vacs into self serve bays?

That could be more suited to a pay for entire time in facility like we had in Bismarck. They had a cashier who would collect based on the ticket time of when they entered. I think some Canadian facilities are using that format. Not sure if they will catch this post ... maybe they will elaborate a bit. I can relate ... up north like we are are ... there are a lot of days where the customers would be vacuuming if they had a place where it was not so cold doing it. I do see the valid points of others on the subject though.
