Has anyone seen a vacuum swivel or boom that will work with existing JE Adams vacuums? Looking for a simple solution to keep vac hoses off the ground and make hose use for customer easier. I suspect a good welder could create something however I cannot be the first to ask for such a product. Thanks.

I bought 2 SS booms and mounting brackets from Kleenrite and attached them to my existing 4 inch light pole. Then I bought a length of 4 inch PVC to siip over the boom and also to run the 2 inch hose from the vacuum through. At the end of the boom I down sized the vac hose to 1 1/2 inch. I think my cost was only around $170 per vac to set this up. I have been using it for 2 years and it has kept the hoses off the ground for the most part and the hoses stay much cleaner.

Like the idea and approach, wish I had a light post. Was thinking of using a boat whip.

How bout use an air shamee boom rather than the bay boom with the pvc? I like the idea of the boom, then I would only need to hang half a hose 400 times a day!!!

My booms sit over 9 feet tall and I have never had a problem with them swinging over tall lifted trucks. If you buy the dual boom mounts from Kleenrite you can mount the boom so it naturally falls forward or backward. For what ever reason people seem to hang the hoses back up much more often with these boom mounts.
