Which vac manufacturer? In mine the lights are wired independently from the vacs, so i would check for a breaker tripped or damaged wire somewhere that killed the lights but didn't affect the vac.

I'll check the manufacturer cause I'm am not sure.
But should the lights kick on with my timer? Or just when the vac is running?

If they were wired like that then yes. Check the other vacs, that will give you an idea how it is wired.

If they actually have power and work otherwise, make sure your socket is clean and corrosion free. It’s a rough environment up there and I’ve had bulbs not work due to oxidized/dirty sockets a few times

Colemans Supervacs had a photo eye in the front shroud. That way they only came on at night. So, that is a link in the chain to check
