thanks...I saw your Friday post and kinda figured it would get fixed fast like normal. We don’t sell a to of cards.....but It’s been a pain with this just after the holiday. One would think they’d at least have an alternate way to communicate the issue

We sell alot of those and need to keep explaining to our customers. Do we have other options? This time is a very unfortunate accident but we have issues at least once a month.
And yes I did ask the owner to communicate this issue so careash owners dont start playing with their own system... he says he has internet issues..

Impressed you tracked the guy down. Kinda crazy.....they do tons of programs besides Hamilton.

my ongoing issue with the cards is my dispenser locking out after two failed attempts to load and dispense card....I’ll reset it and good for a bit...then same issue
