Have you seen the jam happen? It would help to know if the shuttle tries to move and doesn't, or moves a little and hangs, or travels the full range without seeing the side of the car.

Additional info on vector shuttle jam

I have seen the jam, it is random sometimes it happens when it is locating the vehicle at first or it will happen after the tri color foam when the arms are behind the vehicle it has shuttled over and is going to high pressure rinse. This week we bypassed the euro block ran my truck 5 times no faults then 3 cars fine. The 9th vehicle it faulted on the first shuttle pass, was not there to see it, so not sure if it was DS or PS. Now I only bypassed the proximity switches not the sonars, I'm thinking the euro block maybe the problem, not sure and know it is expensive to replace? I have checked belt, inspected bearings & tires. I have gone through the shuttle jam check list from belanger, the randomness of the jams makes me think electrical connection or broken wire ( euro block). Hope this will help, open to any suggestion !

I know the lower pan can sag hang on the arms, but I've only had it happen on the butterfly and not the shuttle. It might be worth checking though. Otherwise, it seems like you're on the right path.
