Hey everyone, Im new the the forums and i can not believe I am this late in the game in joining... So I am in a tough decision right now. I have been helping run this Carwash for over 15 years now (mostly managing employees and handling customers) and we still have not changed over to the unlimited monthly carwash system because we are doing pretty good with out it. During the past 15 years within a 15 mile radius about 4-6 carwashes have opened up and yes we did feel a decrease in sales but nothing to bad where we needed to change to the monthly plan. So here is the problem now that is stressing me out, theres another carwash under construction exactly right across the street from us and im 100% sure they will offer the monthly plan. Now Im not sure what to do. I been doing some research and there are still some carwashes that are not on the monthly plan and they are still doing ok with 2-4 carwash around them that offer the monthly plan. any suggestions and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
