Vets Day Wash

One of my favorite days at the wash is coming up; Veterans Day. We have been participating in Grace for Vets for a few years and it's always a great day.

Weather is looking good for Sunday and we can't wait to wash some cars!!!

The feeling I get from this event is awesome and I am really looking forward to it.

In addition to free washes, we collect donations that we give to a local Veterans Outreach Center.

We're in too. We've been doing it long before the Grace for Vets program and are glad to be a part of their organization.

I was looking forward to doing a Veterns Day appreciation, weather was my consern and sure enough weather turned yesterday now its 15 degrees and 6 inches of snow,so I will try again next year.

Vets Day wash is Going great; almost ended (half an hour left).

Had some excitement this a.m. when the float rod on the touchfree feed tank fell off of the valve body and flooded the pump room in no time flat. Quickly reassembled with a new cotter pin while wash stayed running (throttling the water supply by hand, via the ball valve overhead between HP passes!).
