This was more informative than the Professional Car Washing e-link. Having saved someone from drowning once I could relate to the woman being more concerned about her possessions than her life. That also could have put the rescuers at risk depending on how deep the water was.

It looked more like a ferry landing than a car wash.
If it was a wash she should pay for interior and exterior
wash. Probably should give up driving .

Here's another example, as if we need more, of poor reporting. This is not a car wash. Can you imagine having a wash in that spot with no floor drain/pit and the runoff going into the river? Never happen. Just a dumb reporter. It's like when a helicopter is involved in an incident. Every stinking reporter calls them choppers. NOBODY in aviation calls them that. They are helicopters or rotary wing aircraft for crying out loud.
