video of employee and hose getting caught in brush

I couple years ago I saw a video of an employee at a car wash hosing down the tunnel when his hose got caught in a brush. The employee was tangled in hose and wash spun around. He was thankfully not injured seriously. I wanted to show this to my employees as part of a safety briefing. Does anyone know where this video is? I searched youtube but no luck so far.

I hope that kid filed a nice lawsuit against the owner of that car wash or at a minimum an L & I claim.

The video is laughable but no excuse for accident.

You do not go into tunnel for maintenance on brushes, etc. without tagging motor controls.

So if something happens to one of your employees do you hope they sue you?
I guess my point is, although it appears this wash was poorly run with no training, or safety measures in place, in fact in may have been. Maybe it was an employee who disregards rules and policies.

Sorry...one of my pet peeves. I believe this country is way to sue happy. People make bad decisions, but it always seems to be someone else's fault. This particular case may be a bad example because there is no excuse for an accident like this to happen but we need to be careful who we blame.

Anyone not having an employee handbook and an operational manual including employee training and periodic follow up and review is asking for problems like this. If this wash had nothing in place they probably would have a hard time in court. Accidents are bound to happen at any wash but without manuals and training the operator is at risk of legal problems when they do occur.
