Would it be too much to ask for a list of gear (including software and service providers) you utilized for this project. I would then look into adapting it to RFID

Not at all. I bought the packaged system ( IP access system) from Essex Electronics. All I had to do was run an Ethernet cable and purchase a relay that fired back to the Washworld UCC cabinet. The basic components are built by HID and is based on their Edge Solo system. If you need any more specifics, please feel free to email me.

FYI-the only drawback to the system as designed is that it is schedule based and not number of entry based system which is why the subscription platform is damn near impossible to set up.

bigleo48, do you have washpay with your wash select2? If so, I am pretty sure you can use unitec's rfid system, and set up fleet accounts to do the same thing. Instead of using the passcard, or a code, you could use an rfid tag.

It is working well and I pick up a few additional accounts each week. No problems with collections up to this point. I haven't marketed it as much as I need to since I'm in the throes of opening another business, but I've got some plans to increase usage...
