Position Summary
- Full Time Salaried Position: Pay negotiable based on experience
- Working hours - 5 days a week, off hour availability for critical repairs/issues
- Visit each of four sites at least one day a week. Collect Tokens/coins, inspect all equipment, report issues/repair needs, schedule/coordinate with 3rd party vendors, check inventory, supplies, chemicals, facilitate orders, deliver bank deposits, and check in with staff.
- Ability to perform light repair of equipment or assess need to call in 3rd party help.
- Coordinate with owners on a daily basis for any issues requiring escalation.
- Manage staff relationships and schedules. Provide coverage when staff is out and sick. Participate in the interview and hiring process. Over time, gain the ability to fully manage staff and schedules.
- Site Management (mechanical, repairs, cleaning, rehab, daily equipment testing)
- Over time gain sales knowledge and help drive growth. Increase revenue, solicit fleet and corporate accounts, community outreach programs, etc.
- Reputation management - speak with customers to gain feedback on issues and concerns. Solicit customers for positive reviews on common web review sites.
- Assist with future site developments and acquisitions.
- Other duties assigned based on business needs.
