Does anyone else out there have issues with Wash Card? I purchased their card vendor, have the web page and the whole bit. I have customers who say they can't add washes on line like I advertise. I have customers that call and complain that their card never works. I replace cards over and over. Now one of my commercial accounts is very upset because they are stating that my statement does not reflect the same discount their receipt does. I am going to loose this account. I have had this whole system for about two years now and am still dumb as a stick on how the whole thing works! Probably my fault because I just can't seem to grasp it. I never have been able to balance my credit card to my bank statement since installing this system. I'm sure it's just me, but can someone that actually uses this, help me?

I have 3 of these systems all linked together. Have you tried to make up a test account similiar to the one that your customers have created to see what they are talking about? When you say add washes do you mean add money to their account? If they are using credit card to pay they need to fill in all the blanks correctly, example phone number needs to have area code. When you say customers cards don't work. Have you tried their card to see if it really doesn't work? Could just be that they aren't putting the card in the correct direction, or they are leaving it in the reader instead of removing it, or if the card is used alot is it scratched up? The only cards that don't work in mine are ones that are totally trashed. The customer with the discount problem. Try setting up another test account with the same discount to see what it does. Also balancing your credit card account to your back statement should not be that hard. It is usually off by a couple of days because it takes a couple of days for credit card charges to show up in the bank. example mondays charges could show up on wednesday or later. What is your website? I could get on and see if it looks similiar to mine. One other thing it is really important to have your system grounded. Your site controller should have a ground wire going to a good ground. Have you called and talked to the tech dept. They can get on your system remotely and check things out.
