I'm running 3 autos using wash select II. Bay 1 and 2 modems operate without issue. Bay 3 is having network errors and unable to process credit cards.
Right before this error we switched internet/phone companies. All telephone lines ported over correctly. The issue appeared right after we swapped providers.
We have a strong dial tone to the station. I've hooked a phone to the line at the station and called to and from without issue.
We sent the modem back to Untiech for reprogramming. The modem will now process a credit card payment about every other attempt. The authorization process can take anywhere between 30 seconds to 1 minute and 15 seconds, before approving or failing.
I've power cycled the machine.... no changes
I've swapped the Aux/Rs232 cable... no changes.
I've opened and closed the batch... no changes.
Any thoughts or tips. I'm starting to go mad. Will reach out to Unitech again for assistance
