I have a 2016 WSII with no POS or Sierra system. I know I can use VIP coupons and codes for free promo washes but I get anything to work right. I have the MEI bill validator, the M5 VIP coupons bought from Unitec and followed the steps from tech support but the coupons are not doing anything. I think my issue is locating this blue button to have the bill validator accept the coupons. Anyone else use these??

I'm not familiar with Mars coupons, but the blue button is next to the red light.

When you say "the coupons are not doing anything" Does that mean they are not being accepted or they are not issuing a credit in the WS2? If i remember correctly, the validator has to be programmed to accept them and the WS2 has to be programmed to give the value you want.

Like MEP said the blue button is a blue dot next to the red light.

Yes. The bill validator was not recognizing the VIP coupon... I got it working today! They don't tell you that you need to remove the screws and pull the unit out to see the blue button...... small details. "First time caller."
