Washify Customer

Hello, I have a customer that wanted to deactivated their account due to a move. I deactivated it and then they asked if since they are paid up until the 13th are they still able to use the wash. I have no idea I have never had this happen before do any of you know?
 
Here is how our Washify works:

1. If you cancel on the register, it will allow them to wash until when the next billing date would have been

OR

2. If you cancel it through the Washify website, doing so by getting to the customer's account and cancelling it via the editing tool for vehicle will allow the member to still wash.

There is a way to generally deactiviate it through the Washify website. I do believe that firmly cancels it and does not allow for more washes.

Personally, I would make sure they can wash until the next billing date.
