Just installed new festoon cables, arch gear box and motor. All new proxes for arch rotation and impact switch. Everything was fine until I accendenlty thru the tab on the end cap of last output card with power still on and thru it back up in normal position. I was hoping i didnt damage input/output cards and everything fired back up. I ran the machine in manual mode and noticed right away that machine was not running at normal speed. Washworld tech anolog card is very sensitive to voltage change and that it is either analog card that might have got damage or speed controler. Just ordered an anolog card and praying its not the speed controler. Any thoughts??? GV

Hi GMV. You are probably going to get lucky with the Output Card, but Speed Controllers are easy to change (take lots of pictures of wiring before you start). If your worried though you can call your Wash World distributor and have them change the Speed Controller.

Hi PEI,
Thanks for responding. They neve asked me to change the output card. They said analog card. Are you saying anaolg card. Also if it winds up being the speed controler they are really expensive from washworld. RDM sells them alot cheaper but im told they are programed from washworld so you would have to buy from them??
