Hello everyone. I have a WW HV thats about 18 years old, it has the Virtual Attendant. I have been very happy with the wash and service from WW since I began owing the wash about 5 years ago. I have had to replace some parts ( wear and tear) but overall the quality seems to be very good.
Do any users have any tips or tricks for these older units?

Thanks and have great day.

You could also add LW4000 to the title. Pretty much same unit. I had a LW4000 & liked it a lot.

Thanks I have a question about the low pressure soap 1 and soap 2. I use Simonize 2A as the first pass and 1B as the second. Proper size orifices, new check valves, water at 120 degree, proper pressure on the booster pump ( i think around 150 psi), proper 4 second delay before spraying the car, I also have the soak set around 25 seconds after the 1b second pass, etc..
But should these low pressure soaps actually "FOAM" on the vehicle. From inside the car it looks to be very weak? Does anyone have a WW HV or LW4000 they could send a picture of during the soak so I can compare.

I also use Simonize MC LIQUID with my 1B on the second pass?

Thanks again for all the information.

Always looks mu h weaker from inside the car. If it foams from outside, that is good.

You dont need to soak for 25 seconds. Time is money in our business. I have a HV amd a Razor and both soak for 9 seconds. Make sure your injector's are not clogged and make sure you have the correct size tip on. On my Hv and razor i am running booster pump at 250.

Thanks Damoni88. I believe I'm using the correct tip ( maybe bigger) for the soap 1. It is the one that always seems to have an issue with the small check valve in the suction tip. I could try 9 seconds ( easy to do) What soap are you using on 1 and 2?

Thanks again,
Vic

Thanks. I get my soaps from Kleen Rite and they recommended the Simonize 2A and 1B. The owner before me was using another brand I can't remember. I just want to give the best wash for the money for my customers, that's why i added the Simonize MC liquid on the second pass with the 1B. You mind telling me the brand your using. Again thanks for your help,
Vic

It works pretty good. My truck is silver so it always looks good coming out of the wash. My wife has a black SUV and I have to say it comes out very nice. Maybe I already have a good combo, just seeing what other users were using with the same type of wash. The price is about the same for both, so that's not really a consideration. I do use the MC liquid which is about $55 for 5 gallons. Was thinking I could use something else for it ( I have smelled this type of cleaner before) I just can't pinpoint it. The only issue is it seems i have issues with the 2A causing issues with the small check valve in the suction valve. I have change it every month or so. If not it won't use any 2A...

ok same as what I have. I can only get my water up to 200 psi. The gauge reads 50 psi all the time due to the water pressure in the line. I have a new 3/8" water regulator valve I will try and see if the 250 helps.

Thanks again,

Vic
