WashWorld New Razor Hyper Force

At 35gal per minute for the pump I wonder how much additional water we would use per package?
Roz for what it's worth when I talked to them at the show they told me same amount of water as double barrel. Smaller v jets than turbo nozzles I'm assuming

The flex pass ultra looked really good to me and is supposed to have better coverage, I wish it could be an option to add to other models but was told the bigger pump and motor are needed so at that point you are in the hyperforce anyway

Main differences that they told me were bigger pump and motor, different arch, and a larger trolley, the trolley for hyperforce and double barrel are the same. And then the flex pass ultra. I believe that was everything that they told me when I was there.

I will say that some of the videos that they had at the show when it was putting out high pressure through either the arch or flex pass ultra were really impressive. I do think customers would appreciate the perception of getting so much water, and the jets hitting the vehicle at different angles at the same time. 300 more psi on the hyperforce if it doesn't say that in the video.

My distributor turned me on to it Friday. I just ordered 2 machines a couple weeks ago and may do a change order and get these instead. Right now im waiting on more info. I like the spray arch. Im hoping there is some angle on the middle nozzles that will get more soap on the back window of a truck. Not terribly important but could be better for sure. These new features actually put some spark back into the blah feeling ive been having about the new machine purchase. I do not like the turbo nozzles on the double barrell. This new arch looks to be a nice new improvement as the standard arch is durn near the same as a 4000 arch. Been the same for what, 30 years now give or take. I want something new. yay

regarding the water usage, the advertisement says it'll do 36 gmp at 1500 psi. I only run about 11-1200, so maybe, just maybe, i can dial it back a bit and save water. probly wishful thinkin but it sounds good..........

I'm with you, we are right at the finish line of ordering two new double barrels but this has me second guessing that. I believe he told me it was around 7 or 8 k more than a double barrel price wise. The arch looks really nice like you say and adds a few more nozzles on both sets that are on the arch I believe. I was only at the show yesterday and flew back over night so things are a bit foggy still.

Getnbusy, I believe when I was talking to them they mentioned all the v jet nozzles on each high pressure manifold being turned a certain degree so they don't cancel each other out and that was to help with coverage on the back windows. I don't remember what he said the degrees were though.

What are they using for a shear pin on that arch...a piece of rebar?

Working on or changing something out in that e-chain looks like a lot of fun.

They did do a nice job making the arch look nice.

Well—. Mrs Shinepro and I are taking a hard look at it again today.
Lots of questions for us. More power requirements. 125 amp breaker now I think. 1” lines instead of 3/4.
Not sure that applying pre soak down the sides is going to work that great.
We are definitely sold on the configuration of the arch!!!!!!
Told here yesterday that we have lots of time to think about it - cause we cant even order one until at least July.

Please let us know what you found out please. I wish I could have talked to them twice, like you guys after I got home and was able to think on it i definitely had more questions for them.

I was told today that they can ship the end of June or whenever they get UL approval, whichever comes first.. However, the only one running is at the factory. That does make me a little nervous. I looked at flights today but my distributor cant go with me for a couple weeks. Might go it alone. Im excited about the new arch and Im anxious to see it run in the real ish world. -- I was told the same as above about the water line and also that it pulls i think he said 101 amps at pressure. that sounds like alot. also the flex pass ultra in not available as an add on to the razor package because of water requirement. I mean i think you could change the manifolds and it would work but maybe not as intended. To get the arch, you gotta buy the hyper force package

Ok everyone
Just landed back in Ohio at 6:00 am
So here is my report.
My equipment rep worked the booth sat and sun. ( He had just quoted me an Edge to upgrade my 3- so he wanted us to see this)
We visited with him and looked it over, asked questions, etc.
Then after some thought went back Monday morning.
Only folks there were the Wash World corporate boys. So I got their version.
Bottom line is they took an Edge-
Added a much improved arch for sure
Extra nozzles but sized to create the same gpm of output.
Added a 40 hp motor to run a CAT 3545
Thats right a 3545!
1 inch hose to get more rinse water to unit.
Then they replaced the flex pass pods with the banana looking nozzle assembly. My thought is this is better than the pods. ( but I need to see it work with my own eyes)
Plus programming for all the crazy ways to apply product.
Its a $15k base unit upgrade per my rep.
My problem with it is- and maybe I m unique in this aspect- I can only apply 1 low pressure function at a time.
For a guy that only applies 5 things
2 presoaks- a tri foam - ceramic and graphene- I cant figure out how it speeds me up because contact and coverage over all parts of the car is extremely important to me
If I could low pressure apply ceramic and graphene on the same pass then its a no brainer!
I had all night on the plane to think about it!
I dont think the banana pods can apply presoak on a car like the arch can for superior cleaning.
When I brought this up - I got no argument from anyone.
So I still have a conundrum.
I love the arch- but I m probably going to scrap some of the options to bring down the price.

In a year or so - I cant imagine that we wont all be able to upgrade our arches on 4’s or Edges
I looked at it pretty hard and the connection up there is the same.

Thats my very basic report!
