Looking at a wash that has a 4" tall concrete sill plate and then the walls are stick framed up to the trusses. The current IBA is on a stand that is about to rust to pieces. Has anyone ever ripped into a wall and installed block columns in the spots where the razor or other IBA would mount to the wall and go up to the trusses just to support the machine, or should I look at trying to jack up the trusses and remove the wall and go all block on both sides?

A new galvanized steel frame would probably be the easiest and cheapest option.

You might want to consult a structural engineer, but I don't feel like block columns will be strong enough by themselves. A reinforced concrete column should be, and would be a lot cheaper than $25,000.

I bought the stainless steel frame for my razor. I could not be happier. It won't rust and it is set up perfectly to support the car wash bay equipment.

I have seen other operators have trouble with the wall brackets breaking off on their razors.
