Water heater recommendations

The best price I could find when I purchased mine was from Bostonheatingsupply.com. They have gone up in price since 2014, but what hasn't!
 
Good point on the internal added heat exchanger. Mine has that too, but struggled with running glycol through it. So I have a Takagi Demand that handles the floor heat with ease!
